"Very disappointed by the host Varenna Holidays. I rent a very expensive flat, a dog was barking day and and night. The host knew about the situation and refused any compensation pretexting that I warn them at the end of the journey and if I told them earlier they could have done something. Then they pretend they didn't knew and they couldn't do anything... They are just lying and dishonnest."
